This conference will focus on building collaborations and cross-systems partnerships
to enhance the health and safety of our community.

About the event
We are excited for the 4th Annual North Carolina Family Justice Center and Collaborative Communities Conference 2022 on September 13-14, 2022 at the Marriot Greensboro Downtown. This conference is for anyone interested in improving access to services for survivors and offender accountability.

​​​​​​Who should attend?
Advocates, civil legal attorneys, survivors, law enforcement, prosecutors, medical professionals, elected officials, and community leaders. Communities are encouraged to bring multidisciplinary teams to learn from one another and enhance collaboration.

Topics
​​Presentations from local and nationally recognized speakers will highlight best practices and innovative solutions to improve victim services and increase offender accountability. 

Topics include: developing high-risk teams, confidentiality and information sharing a collaborative model, civil court remedies for victims, legal ethics of working in a collaborative model, FJC operations and navigation, the role of law enforcement in an FJC, improving sexual assault investigations, and more! 
*CEU and CLE credits will be available 
*Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the Guilford County Family Justice Center's location in Greensboro.

  • The Marriot Greensboro Downtown will offer a block room rate of $189 per night.
